At Beech Home Care and Medical Inc., diversity is the key! We offer diversification within our jobs and we have a wide range of diverse people that work for us. Most of our jobs on the home care side are caregiver positions. This job provides individuals with diversification, especially when it comes to flexible schedules. Our caregivers get to choose how many hours they work and what hours they want to work. They also get to decide what kind of care they want to provide to our patients. You have the option to provide companionship, personal care and/or homemaking services.

We are always looking for caring, compassionate and reliable people who want to make a difference in the life of someone else. Of the approximately 80 Beech employees, about 90% of them are full time, but caregivers get to choose if they want to work full or part-time. In fact, 50% of our employees are related to the patients they are caring for. Furthermore, Beech Home Care does not contract out any positions so all of caregivers are Beech employees.

We need Registered Nurses, Medical Social Workers and Physiotherapists.

They can choose to work either part or full-time, and no matter how many hours they work, they will still be able to make a difference in the life of someone else.
