While we understand that every trip is different, it’s important to riders that you are providing a high level of friendly service on every trip. Making sure the rider is comfortable and happy is the number one way to increase your ratings.
How can I improve?
The highest rated partners are always in a good mindset when they go online so they can provide that 5-star service you're capable of!
- Dress professionally - Remember, first impressions count!
- Ensure your vehicle is clean and has fuel before going online
- Get to the rider as quickly as possible (and communicate clearly with the rider if you will be missing your ETA)
- Greet riders with a friendly smile
- Open car doors where possible
- Always go the shortest route (navigate using a GPS)
- Offer riders their choice of radio station
- Ask riders if the temperature inside the vehicle is comfortable
