Pump World's story begins back in 1989 when Nigel Harris decided to set up his own business. Nigel had previously worked for some of the world's leading pump manufacturers including Serck Glocon, Worthington Simpson, Stuart Turner, and ABS Pumps.

With 14 years of technical knowledge under his belt, Nigel established Pump World, a distribution company that would focus on making the jobs of merchants as quick and easy as possible by providing a one-stop shop for boosting pumps, circulators, submersibles and more. 

26 years on, Pump World has links to over 18 of the world's leading pump manufacturers, is the name behind two successful pump brands, Supergen and Smartcirc, and has established a reputation as the go-to place for plumbers' merchants and their customers to phone up for technical advice..
