cut the chicken into shallow cutlets
trim the skin and fat
tenderize chicken with a mallet
season with salt and pepper
cover each piece in flour
soak in beaten egg
cover in panko
preheat the oven to four-hundred degrees farenheit
bake for twenty-five minutes
curry.
peel, cut, and soak the potatoes into water for five minutes
cut the onions in to wedges
cut the carrot into bite size pieces
mince the garlic
grate the ginger
serve over rice and enjoy
