Rated 4 out of 5 by K160 from Benchmark for 2 in1 but not perfect I have this PC already for several months. From all my experience I believe that this is still a benchmark product for its class, but the numerous glitches like screen flickering at low brightness (not fixed after all updates yet), problems to wake up from time to time and still not the perfect keyboard (not as sturdy as the one of Spectre x2) may poison a bit the positive impressions and experience of some users, especially the ones who are not so skilled and ready to spend time to do updates, which to be fair are easy to be done. There are more and more competitors in this segment and you may decide to go for other decent 2 in 1 options if you are looking for more competitive prices.

4 is frustrating. First had overheating problems so returned and replaced. Surface pen now malfunctioning.
I could just be unlucky.
Quality Accessories not out yet.
Looking at alternatives now as i need something reliable more than simply portable.

Can't fault it for running a full blown Windows 10 and I can also do my photoshopping and video editing on this no worries. Perfect for my use.
Screen is excellent.

Only 2 complaints...1 let down on the tablet mode in windows 10 on screen keyboard is still a pain in the neck, just gets in the way you can't see what your doing. And 2 come on mobile computing with no built in 4g let that's pretty darn annoying fellas :-)

Rated 5 out of 5 by JoeR57 from A fantastic computer The flexibility of the Surface Pro 4 is outstanding, with the keyboard cover attached I can easily be productive with work tasks, in tablet mode it makes a beautiful device to watch videos and read magazines online. The pen is an absolute ninja on Photoshop and other creative software.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Whup from Close to perfect I bought this (together with a Type Cover keyboard) about a month ago, and have been very impressed by it. I use it both as a Visual Studio development PC and for quickly sketching placeholder artwork for games, and for this type of work it is unbeatable! I find myself grabbing my Surface Pro every time I know I'll be out and about for the day (in preference to my Mac laptop or iPad), and it's been a huge hit with my kids for drawing.
One of the best bits about it is the way the warm part of the system (behind the screen) is propped up off your legs when using it on your lap. It means I can use it on my lap even in warm weather.
The only quirk that bothers me is the sleep behaviour. Occasionally it doesn't wake up from sleep and needs to be restarted. I'm surprised that a Microsoft operating system running on Microsoft hardware would have such a frustrating issue (the Surface Pro 3's had the same problem apparently), and it is all that is holding this back from being a nearly perfect product for me.

Mirrors screen direct to smart tv without any attachments. Runs audio & video programs well. I'm happy I spent a bit extra for this great computer / tablet.

Windows Hello for logging on is very quick and I have not had any problems with performance. Great portability and battery life.
